What Does Pain In The Left Arm Indicate?
I ve had an aching pain in my left arm today on and off, at times it got pretty bad and times like right now I don t feel it, I also felt it just barely in my right arm as well, is this cause for alarm? I m only 21 and female, about 120 pounds without any previous health risks

As you mentioned its started today without any obvious previous medical history and not association with palpitation or chest pain.
So no need to worry about this just take pain killer with muscle relaxant like baclofen 10mg twice daily.
Cold or Warm compression also work to reduce pain along with diclofenic gel or piroxicam gel twice daily is helpful.
