What Does Pain In The Left Side Of The Groin Indicate?

Hi , I had a pain going from my left side to my groin while sleeping , have had some hemorrhoid problems recently , and I woke up with a lump under my left side in groin area , between my penis and anus, but more on the left and further under the skin

Hello,

It is an inguinal hernia. If you had trivial trauma or heavy weight lifting done, then it would have weakened your groin muscles which give away, and now the inner organs are coming out of it. If it is very small, and causing no pain, then it can be left with painkiller coverage.

If it is more annoying you, then it needs to be fixed with surgery only. It is the only permanent treatment for hernias. No medical treatment is known to subside it.
