What Does Pain In The Left Temple Indicate?

I have had pain in my left temple and some in my left eye for several weeks. Looking at my eye there doesnt appear to be any redness. This has been going on for about 3-4 weeks. It is a bad headache type of pain. I have been diagnosed with Sjogrens and Hashimotos about 2 months ago.
