I have had pain in my left temple and some in my left eye for several weeks. Looking at my eye there doesnt appear to be any redness. This has been going on for about 3-4 weeks. It is a bad headache type of pain. I have been diagnosed with Sjogrens and Hashimotos about 2 months ago.
Home remedies:- 1.Rest quietly in a dimly lit room. 2.Place a cold compress to the affected area. 3.Unwind in a hot bath or shower. 4.Take a walk in fresh air. 5.Work through a stress headache with a moderate exercise routine. 6.Consume foods rich in fiber, protein, and vitamins. 7.Massage lightly the affected area. 8.Take deep, long breaths to fill the lungs with oxygen.
