What Does Pain In The Lower Abdomen On The Left Side Indicate?

Today I have a pain in the left lower abdomen. It feels like it is where my ovary may be. I also started getting a stiff neck on the left, below my ear yesterday. It is still feeling stiff today. I have been having mild headaches the last two days as well.

There may to two causes for your both problem. First of your neck stiffness may be dur to ur bed sleeping position or if you are taking overhigh pillow which make constriction in neck which partly block the head rotation for few hour to some day will stop automatically. Second your abdominal pain is due to gastric irritation or may sometimes befor start mensturation. Both will be normalize without any medications
