i m 64 yrs old, very good health, do crossfit daily 2-3 hrs, an athelete all my life. compete in crossfit. recently (month and a half ) went vegan. stopped taking supplements, stopped taking artificial sweetners, eat legumes, fruits, vegs, pastas, no dairy products. 3 days ago felt slight pain lower rt abdomen. rested to see if it would go away back to exercised , still felt slight pain any lost marked strenght and power. still have little pain.
