What Does Pain In The Lower Abdomen On The Right Side Indicate?

I have been having pain for about 4 days in my lower right abdomen. It was fairly constant the first couple of days, bothering me all day. I have felt various types of pain, both sharp and gradual dull cramping pain. The last two days, I have only felt the pain during bowel movements. Just looking for any advice.

I can understand your concern.
Right lower abdominal pain is mostly seen with appendicitis, intestinal infection etc.
So better to consult doctor and get done clinical examination and ultrasound examination of abdomen.
You may need antibiotic, painkiller and anti inflammatory drugs.
If it is appendicitis then surgical removal is the treatment of choice.
