What Does Pain In The Lower Abdomen On The Right Side Indicate?

Hi Recently had prostatectomy surgery on Aug. 25...I did some activity the other day and now I have a dull pain on the right side lower abdomen. My concern is if the mesh I have there was affected during surgery and irritated doing some activities the other day.

If you are having pain in the suturing area it's normal to have it for several days after the procedure. If it's not the surgical site then it could be muscle strain that you suffered during activity.Take rest for few days and take analgesics oral or topical. If you still continue to have no relief then I suggest you to see a surgeon.
