What Does Pain In The Lower Abdomen On The Right Side Indicate?

pain in lower right side like needles poking, not all the time, starting eating activia about 2 weeks ago to see if it would regulate me, everytime i eat the activia i get a blister in between my big toe and next toe, painful big blister big toe swells up

This what you said looks like you have an allergy to the drug; this is typical one called fixed drug eruption as you get the blister on same part of body. I would advise you to immediately stop taking the drug. For the pain, you should increase fluid intake, if still persists you better consult your doctor for physical examination and get labs if needed to know the cause. But don't take the drug any more.
