What Does Pain In The Lower Abdomen On The Right Side Indicate?

I have been having some moderate to more serious pain in the lower right area of my abdomen. One to two inches to the left of my right hip bone. I thought it menstrual, but I m on the pill and just spotting. I thought it was possibly a combination of menstruation and constipation but have gone to the bathroom enough to not be constipation. Now I feel like I need to go to the bathroom but the spot in my abdomen hurts when I am at the end of urinating or trying to have a bowel movement. Could this be appendicitis or something with my right ovary?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi

I understand your concern.

The pain you are describing seems to be related to any possible urinary tract infection (UTI).
Get urine analysis done and abdominal ultrasound to check it out.

Wish fast recovery.
