What Does Pain In The Lower Abdomen On The Right Side Indicate?
I have had mild to occasional stronger pain that lasts only a number of seconds for quite some time now at the mid to lower right abdominal area. Recently, and for about 7 days now I have had diarrhea. Iv e been doing some reading but can t seem to make anything out.

Right lower abdomen pain may be due to renal or ureteric calculi or appendicitis or colitis or right ovarian cyst or abdominal muscle spasm, etcetera.
Until examination is done, it is difficult to say what it is. Please get scan abdomen and consult your surgeon who will examine and treat you accordingly.
