Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Dear patient
Pain post scoliosis surgery with fever my first diagnosis would be infection of implants. other possibilities may be nerve compression in the spinal canal or malalignment that persisted after surgery. You need immediate visit to your operating surgeon. Detailed blood investigation like ESR and CRP level in blood and local ultrasound will be required to confirm infection. meanwhile for pin relief take tab ibuprofen 400 mg twice a day. all the best
