What Does Pain In The Lower Back And Hips Indicate?

I am having a lot of lower back pain and pain in both my hips. I feel ok while walking, standing or moving around. However, when I sit for even a few minutes when I go to stand up I can barely straighten up because my hips hurt so much. Even laying in bed to lay on my hips hurts. Doesn t hurt to touch, but like deep inside. My family doctor put me on a anti-flammatory. I have been on it for 2 months now with very little relief. I still have to take 2 advil and 1 tylenol to get a little bit of relief.
