What Does Pain In The Lower Back And Legs Indicate?

Hi i received a positive ANA test at 1:320. Also my esr and crp levels were slightly elevated as well. My symptoms are chronic lower back pain, and leg pain. X rays and mri scans came back normal. I never saw a rheumatologist, my doctor simply sent my results and symptoms to one, and was told it was nothing of concern. I have been brushed off before, and been told that my pain isnt real (because there was no accident or seemingly underlying cause) so i feel as if that may be happening again. I want to know if i should get a second opinion, or if my past distrust of doctors is causing me to second guess this.
