General & Family Physician, Dr. Nishad BN's Response
Hi Thank you for asking HCM I have gone through your query. If you have cramping pain every day then it should be investigated. Problems like endometriosis should be ruled out. A physical examination by gynecologist and ultrasound examination will be required to rule out this. In such case hormonal drugs might be required. Thanks.

Hi Thank you for asking HCM I have gone through your query. As you had pain associated with periods in the beginning and then progressed, conditions like endometriosis should be ruled out. A consultation with gynecologist and pelvic examination as well as ultrasound examination will be helpful to rule out that. In such case hormonal drugs might be required. Thanks.
