What Does Pain In The Lower Back Indicate?
Hi ive been having a dull ache at my lower back where the kidneys are located especially when i wake up in the morning before getting out of bed.My last lab showed my creatine level was normal.What is going on. Or is it because i am heavy and lying on my back is hurting?

Two possibilities:-
1. Muscular pain because of spasm - take tablet diclofenac + chlorzoxazone 12 hourly for 1-2 day.
2. If not relieved by above treatment - Get X-ray lumbar spine done and consult orthopedic doctor to rule out nerve compression at vertebral level.
