The pain I feel is in the lower back on the right side which continues through the side and right side of the stomach. It is extremely painful and hasn t let up at all.I take tylenol and ibuprofin alternating. I also now have a fever which is 100.5 I work in a nursing home but fortunately no flu, just upper respiratory. Also every so often I break out in a coughing fit. It s not all the time, but it hurts my belly.
How is your appetite? Do you have vomiting? Please get this tests done CBP, CUE, LFT, Serum Amylase & Lipase, USG whole abdomen. And start antibiotic tablet Cepodem-CV twice daily for five days and tablet Oflomac-OZ twice daily for five days. Take antibiotics only If TLC > 12,000. Take Tablet Buscopan once daily for two to three days.
