What Does Pain In The Lower Leg Indicate?

I have pain from my knees down to my entire feet...more like an internal warm feeling and tender. At the end of the afternoon/evening it hurts to walk that putting my feet in ice water feels amazing! Also, at times my legs feel heaving. The other symptom to add is the bone between my buns hurts when I sit Thoughts? You re appreciated!

Thanks for your question on Healthcare Magic.
I can understand your concern.
By your history and description, possibility of nerve root compression at lower spinal level is more likely.
You have pain in lower back.
And your leg pain is characteristic of nerve compression.
So better to consult orthopedic doctor and get done clinical examination, x ray and MRI of lumber spine.
You will mostly improve with physiotherapy, ice pack application and painkiller drugs.
Heavyweight lifting and strenuous exercise should be avoided.
Hope I have solved your query. I will be happy to help you further. Wish you good health. Thanks.
