Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
Hi Dr Rynne, I have had a gradual onset of pain in my middle left back that goes into my hip and sometimes around the side. It is both a dull ache and a sharp pain. Sharper when I get up - like a pulled muscle, but I have not done anything strenuous. This has been going on for a couple of weeks, and seems to be getting more tender.
As per my clinical experience, the issue seems to be related to spinal cordnerve compression, osteoarthritis, calcium deficiency or else. In my clinic, I recommend a thorough clinical examination and X-ray accordingly to find the root cause.
Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
