What Does Pain In The Navel And Lower Abdomen Indicate?

Hi, I have pain in my navel area between the navel and the penis. I feel it when walking and I can hardly run because of the same. My urine and stool discharge are normal and the pain has been on for a month now. What could be my problem. I m not taking any drug.

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Since your lower abdominal pain has been now for over one month, it is good if you can get an abdominal ultrasound examination to see for any internal organ problems including bowels and urinary tract stones. It could be an injury of the abdominal wall, and this too can be seen in the USG. Please do consult a general surgeon with the USG report for examination and advise on the management.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
