What Does Pain In The Neck And Lower Back Indicate?

i have been having pain in my neck and lower back that shoots down both of my legs , i have had an MRI done and i have bullging and herniated disc in my neck and lover back the pain hurts so bad it wakes me out of my sleep, i have had codisone shots and epidural shots and they do not help. The only thing that gives me a little help is pain meds and they only last for a couple of hrs. Thats just coving up the problem

you have compression of nerver roots in your cervical region and lumbar region that is why the shooting pain
pain is the initial symptom and it can get worse, to avoid it you need to see a neurosurgeon as soon as possible because you can develop weakness in your hands and legs
ideally in your case a decompression surgery is advocated

you can start with tab neurobion once in the morning and tab gabapentin 75 mg once at night

but definitive treatment is decompression surgery
it has good outcome and you will be relieved from your pain and other neurological deficits
