What Does Pain In The Neck And Shoulders Indicate?

I recently went to the ER because I was having neck and shoulder pain they did xray on my chest also blood work and an EKG but everything came out good the doctor gave me a prescription for pain and sent me home but I m still having pain in my neck and shoulder what should I do the pain comes and goes yesterday I felt fine but today the symptoms came back

Hi thank you for querry,
muskuloskeletal pain if all reports are fine.
you must take rest along with prescribed medicine.
muscle relaxant like thiolax 2mg twice daily along with pain killer improve the symptoms.
diclofenic potassium is effective pain killer in muscular pain.
