What Does Pain In The Ribcage On The Left Side Indicate?

I recently had a snowmobile accident. No bruise and do NOT remember hitting my chest at all but pain in chest. Went to urgent care and had chest xray. Nothing broken but pain in ribs left side below and behind breast. Now I am feeling bloated in belly and actually gained 4 pounds in a week. I also am having tingling down left arm to fingers very often when doing different things and even when just holding arm down. Not sure if these symptoms are related. Taking (per instructions from Urgent care) 600mg ibuprofen and 1000mg acetaminophen every 6-8 hours. Should I worry about bloating and continued pain?

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

It might be minor contusion if ribs. No need to worry as it will subside by it own with conservative measures. Continue analgesics and supportive care.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
