Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I have pain in my right forearm. It feels more muscular than bone/nerve/tendon. When not moving, the pain is not evident but can be felt when rotating the arm or when doing pulling exercises such as curls. there is no pain in the elbow, the wrist, or anywhere else in the arm.
You can be right because pain during particular movement suggestive of muscular strain pain. For that, Ibuprofen drug twice a day for five days can be prescribed.
Avoid movement that causing pain and a hot compress can be applied. If no improvement, then further workup needed.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards, Dr. Parth Goswami
