Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Pain in the knee what you are experiencing could be due to Meniscus tears inside the knee joint or due to ligament sprain on the outer side of the joint. You need to be examined clinically by an orthopedics. You may require some investigation like X-ray of the knee joint to ascertain the diagnosis. Accordingly, treatment can be advised.

Hope the information provided helps.

All the best.

Regards,

Dr.Ashakiran.S.
