What Does Pain In The Right Knee Indicate?

Hi.. I am 50 male (India), feeling pain in my below of right knee since almost 10 years, earlier I was doing jogging, brisk walking , playing badminton, but now I am feeling under my right knee pain in walking also. I have get it checked, MRI, Xray, which shows tear in ligament, Doctor advise operation , but I am not in position to be operated, Please advise. I am taking etogesic-ER for pain relief, vitamin D , Collaflex , calcium tablet, but to relief.

The ligament tear cant be cured without surgery. The other vitamins and minerals you are taking can improve your overall wellbeing but cant cure ligament tear.
