Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I ve been doing PT post surgery for left foot/ankle fusions...that s healed. However, I am experiencing great pain in my lower right leg and am being treated with PT for right knee Patellofemoral Pain Syndrome by stretching my hamstring - and have a soft buttress brace for tracking my kneecap - But the PFS seems separate from the pain in my lower leg - almost like an arthritis pain in my lower leg - it hurts when sleeping, and when it is bent against my the top of my leg - it s only my lower right leg that has this persistent pain...what could this be?
