Hello. I am having strange waves of bring pain that start in my upper right shoulder and also radiate out from my lower back shoulder at the same time. i feel light headed as its happening and it comes in waves about every 5 minutes and lasts for about 45 seconds. then when it goes away, i feel a little light headed almost high. For lack of a better idea, its almost like heartburn without it being in my stomach, more in my shoulders and right arm.
