What Does Pain In The Right Shoulder Joint Indicate?

Hi doctor. I am 50 year old lady. For the last one month I feel pain on my right shoulder joint. I cannot move it to backwards. and upwards. I have started taking calcium. I have not consulted a doctor as of now but applying some medicinal oil. Can you please advice.

Hello,

Maybe, you have frozen shoulder. Your rotator cuff muscles of your shoulder might be inflamed and causing you all this reduced range of movements.

Anti-inflammatory agents and analgesics can do help you at this stage. If you can get a steroid shot, then it is also better under local anesthesia. They even correct your range of movements.
