Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I have a random zap/shock pain targeting my right testicle. I woke up this morning after having some pretty intense sex the night before. I ve never experienced anything like this before. It comes out of nowhere and has dropped me to my knees in pain. It s a quick jolt and goes away. Not really sure what to do. No swelling or lumps just pain.
Sudden jolts of pain in testicle can be due to an inguinal hernia. Please be advised to follow up with urgent care as complicated hernia require intervention as soon as possible.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards, Dr. Lekshmi Rita Venugopal
