What Does Pain In The Right Testicle Indicate?

My right testicle hangs lower and have a little bit of pain on the back of it. I m 18 and maybe I used to over masturbate a bit. I do feel the similar kind of pain but less in my left testicle as well. I think it s related to masturbation. I ve got it checked by a doctor and even got it ultra sound. No lumps and no infections found. My penis size has also grown these days.

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

You may have developed epididymitis or orchitis or funiculitis or pressure during masturbation. Use painkillers, use scrotal support.

If symptoms do not improve, please consult your doctor who will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Penchila Prasad Kandikattu
