What Does Pain In The Shoulder And Chest Indicate?
A recent hospital visit revealed I was not having a heart attach, However, I am experiencing pains in my upper shoulder area that continue around to my chest. What do you think might be causing this? I have never had any heart issues. However, I m receiving infusions for the last year of Keytruda for metastatic melanoma in my lungs.

You can take Aceclofenac and paracetamol tab twice a day for 5 days.
You can take Rabeprazole tab twice a day for 5 days.
Apply Diclofenac spray on affected site.
Apply warm water bag on affected site.
If not resolved then consult your orthopedic surgeon.
Do X-ray of affected part, do physiotherapy, it is also helpful.
