What Does Pain In The Shoulders Indicate?

I have lately had shoulder pain that seems like my shoulder needs popping I have, of late, experienced a still neck. About 10 days ago I experienced some tingling in my right arm (I am left handed) Today it has moved to my left arm, shoulder and neck, even a little numbness on the lower left side of my face. It comes and goes.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear, welcome to Ask a doctor service.
I read your question and here is my advice.
It looks like you are suffering from neck spondylosis.
Your doctor should perform an x-ray ,MRI or CT SCAN of neck

Treatment consists on
*Nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs. Some NSAIDs are available over the counter, you may need prescription-strength versions to relieve the pain and inflammation associated with cervical spondylosis.
*Corticosteroids. A short course of oral prednisone might help ease pain. If your pain is severe, steroid injections may be helpful.
*Muscle relaxants. Certain drugs, such as cyclobenzaprine, can help relieve muscle spasms in the neck.
*Anti-seizure medications, such as gabapentin (Neurontin, Horizant) and pregabalin (Lyrica), can dull the pain of damaged nerves.
*Antidepressants. Certain antidepressant medications have been found to help ease neck pain from cervical spondylosis.
Hope I have answered the question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
I find this answer helpful
