What Does Pain In The Solar Plexus Indicate?

my husband is 76 years old. He is complaining of pain in the solar plexus and feels like he has to go for a bowel movement but can t. The pain is also in his back, very tired and uncomfortable. He had a quad bypass 2 years ago and is also diabetic. No meds except chololestrol med.

Hello,

As per your clinical history is concerned, please follow like this-

1) Do a clinical examination by your treating doctor and do an ultrasound and CT scan to confirm exact pathological condition.

2) Do take treatment as per clinical findings only.

Do follow lifestyle modifications-

1) Try to quit smoking or chewing tobacco.

2) Try to keep your blood pressure and sugar under control.

3) Do regular exercise.

4) Try to reduce cholesterol and fat in your diet and take your medication regularly.
