General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello and welcome to `Ask A Doctor` service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advise.

* As per my clinical experience, the pain at the tailbone indicates
possible inflammation from some sort of compression, injury or
minor fracture at the tail bone.

* I recommend to undertake a digital x-ray examination with cone view
for perfect diagnosis and further management guidelines.

Wish her fine health.

Feel free to post further doubts.
Thank you.
