What Does Pain In The Upper Abdomen And Shoulders Indicate?

I have been having pain since Sunday in my upper right abdomen. it hurts more when i breathe. Today I started with pain in my shoulders. Pain meds do help. Any suggestions would be appreciated. I m just a little concerned about heart attack. What are heart attack symptons?

I have reviewed your query and here is my advise.

Don't worry, you are not having heart attacks. You could possibly have musculoskeletal pain. Non steroid anti inflammatory drug like Naproxen or ibuprofen can be prescribed for that. Avoid strenous activities. In heart attack pain usually in left side and reffered to left arm also. There is also prescence of sweating and constricting chest pain.
