What Does Pain In The Upper Abdomen On The Right Side Indicate?

I have been having chronic pain in upper right abdominal area since childhood and was on Donnatal Elixure, now I have vomiting, fatigue, and fever. No thyroid, no gall stones, bouts of diahrea and constipation, with bloating. Constant thirst, frequent urination, dry skin, loss of appitite, achy body

Thanks for asking. I understand your concern.
Pain in right upper abdomen can be due to...
-Hyperacidity / indigestion with bloating / liver or gall bladder problem /inflammation of pancreas OR pain in bonea, muscles in rib cage.
You would need a detailed physical examination &needful investigation to pin point the cause... followed by specific treatment.
Please consult your family physician/ gastroenterologist.
Till then you can take light,small & frequent meals /Tablet gelusil Mps ( over the counter)two pills )to be sucked three times a day.
