My 45 yr. old daughter is having upper back pain for the last few weeks. The pain comes when she is in bed mostly, but not when she is standing up. YYYY@YYYY I read that this could be a heart attack coming on. Should we be concerned? Thank you so much, donna
pain of the back indicate that there is inflammation of the muscle of the back or vertebral column unhealthy life style can cause that as low calcium intake and severe effort ,prolonged standing and prolonged setting also sleeping in bad way will affect the muscle... exposure to cold will increase this pain ..........also severe excercise is considered causative factor .....rapid irregular movement may cause sprain or inflammation.....so simply this upper back pain may indicate inflammation of upper back muscles or vertebral spine problems.........you should refer to see your doctor for clinical examination and discuss with your doctor to do mri investigation ..........this pain indicate that you should monitor your life style of excercise and sleeping and movement...... .. wish you healthy life
