What Does Pain In The Upper Back On The Right Side Indicate?
I unexpectingly got up from watching a TV show and had a pain in my upper right back. I applied heat with no help and my right arm is somewhat painfull too. Heart appears normal. just this uncharacteristically odd pain. Tried Tylenol and am awaiting to see if it helps. YYYY@YYYY

It could be muscle sprain probably and you may require muscle relaxant with pain Killers tablet.
Myospaz fort medicine could be helpful and look for any constitutional symptoms, if pain persists and get an X-ray done.
