What Does Pain On The Bottom Of The Feet Indicate?
I have been having pain in the bottom of my feet especially the left foot heel and arch. It hurts most when I get up in the morning and stand. Then during the day it hurt to walk on the left foot the most and now and then the pain shoots up the muscle part of the back of my let and sometime up the whole leg and knee
Hello The symptoms you have described look characteristic of a condition called Plantar Fascitis. I would suggest that you give yourself some rest, change your activities untill it settles, take NSAIDs like ibuprofen. The condition will subside slowly with rest and pain killers.
