General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

Do you have diabetes mellitus or any other ailment? It would be good to get an x-ray done of the foot and ankle to rule out any arthritis, and blood investigations including ESR, Blood sugar fasting, after food, HBA1C, serum for rheumatoid factor, serum uric acid. Once it has been done, please consult a podiatric surgeon or a rheumatologist for evaluation and advise on management.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ajit Kumar Varma
