What Does Pain On The Left Side Of The Abdomen Indicate?

I think my spleen is going bad. What are some symptoms. It hurts very bad on the left side. It was just hurting off and on when I went to my Dr. I m just getting over a very bad flu, I guess, that laid me up for almost 2 weeks. My stomach hurts a lot also. Thanks

pain in left side of side of abdomen,stomach pain,and Flue can be pancreatitis,inflammation of pancrease,
you need to perform Investigations
Ultrasound
Pancreatic Enzymes
CBC
Urine
