What Does Pain On The Left Side Of The Chest Indicate?
I am experiencing pain in my left side throughout my chest and back. I had a bowel movement and the color when I wiped was redishbroun and when I got up the bowel movement itself was gray but the watery part was very red. It was painful as it passed and at the moment the pain is back in my chest almost feels like my heart is bouncing out of my chest, what could be causing this, also when I urinate it is dark and has an ammonia smell.

Do not take much of stress. Stress aggravates gastritis 7. Do regular exercise. Atleast half an hour per day 8. Learn meditation techniques 9. Follow this regularly for 21 days. It is said that anything you practice regularly for 21 days becomes a habit
