What Does Pain On The Left Side Of The Navel Indicate?

I have had on Sept. 5th, a Roux en Y to bypass my Spincter of Oddi. No problems with the surgery. Now for the past 10 days i have had increasing pain on the left side of the belly button ( I had a lot of scar tissue in my common bile duct). Feels like a burning pain, can be sharp and hurts most often when I move.
