Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
You can take Tramadol and Paracetamol combination 2 times a day for five days and take Levofloxacin once a day for five days. If the problem not resolved even after completing the medication, then consult your orthopedic surgeon. CT and ultrasound scan will also be helpful. Apply hot water bag on affected site apply Diclofenac spray at the pain site.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards, Dr. Purva Patel
