What Does Pain On The Left Side Of The Scalp Indicate?

Hello, doctor, I am a 65 year old female. For about a month, I ve had intermittent what feels like tugging on the top left side of my scalp. Yesterday it started happening regularly, and is an intermittent pain. I m not dizzy, and don t have any symptoms, but it s becoming worrisome. It s about 2 back from the hairline on the left side of my head. at first it felt like tugging, but now the area has increased and is like stabbing pain, intermittently. thank you. Sharon
