What Does Pain On The Right Side Of The Abdomen Indicate?
Hi I m 21 years old I started get a pain in my right side on sunday and Monday went work and kept bothering me so I went and they did blood work pee test and a cat scan and said it was mesenteric adenitis that was fighting a infection and said it would last like a week and won t go away and hurts everyday and I m worry it could be something serious like appendix
Please get an abdominal USG or even a MRI of the abdomen. This will clinch the diagnosis if it is mesentric adenitis or an appendicitis. Of-course antibiotics have to be taken I.V. If it is appendicitis, surgical removal of the appendix will have to be done.
