What Does Pain On The Right Side Of The Chest Indicate?
I am having chest pains mostly on the right side of my chest with some going onto the left side. The pain is also radiationg up to my right ear. I'm a 46 yr old with a history of 1 maybe 2 heart attaches already in my life, Im a IDDM. Nytro did not seem to do any thing for me. Should I go to the hospital or is this just angiana?
"As"per your clinical history is concerned chest pain has many pathological causes so a precise diagnosis is required.so visit your Doctor now, and he will do a clinical examination now and will advise you an ECG and chest X-ray and if anomalous ST segment detected in ECG then go for an [Angiogram] to rule out any blockages. In chest pain due to angina you will get Pain in your arms, neck, jaw, shoulder or back accompanying chest pain, Nausea, Fatigue, Shortness of breath, Sweating during pain, Dizziness etc.
