What Does Pain On The Right Side Of The Face Indicate?
Ive had pain on my right side since Sat its a dull aching very annoying pain. It is not my Kidneys but is sore on this side and back around and down my front side. Nothing gets my attention when I push around on it. Feels like Kidney pain but in the front, and my urine is clear as always, any ideas?

urine may or may not be troublesome and pain in side going forward and going towards thigh is indicative of urinary system problem ..i will recommend urine test and ultrasound abdomen ...till then please increase fliud intake ...you may be having stone or infection
