What Does Pain On The Right Side Of The Pelvis Indicate?

I have pelvic pain on the right side. Last year my appendix ruptured. I have been to my OBGYN and she performed a pelvic sonogram and papsmear -urine culture and all is well. Wen to an Urologist and she sent me for an abdominal Cat Scan all well. She performed on Friday an Cystoscopy of the Bladder and she said all is well and prescribed pain medication that makes me pee orange. Yet I still have pain on one side and a lot of gas....Do I need to get a Colonoscopy.

I understand your concern for your health condition. There are some reasons for pain in right pelvic region.
These are ovarian cyst or appendix or renal cyst or mass or kidney infection or LOWER GI infection.
You have done all investigations which are looking normal from your description. Follow your doctor instructions if still pain will not go away then consider colonoscopy. Wish you speedy recovery.
