What Does Pain Under The Breasts Indicate?

I feel like I have gall bladder issues. Heres why. 2 days ago I felt a little pain just below my breast. Hmmm what did I lift that might have caused that? It irritated but not severe. Yesterday it seemed to get a bid more irritable but I passed it off because of Bowling night with the ladies. Game 2 the pain was a bit more severe but I tolerated it and still bowled good through game 3. Went home and read up on GB issues and today I m drinking apple juice with a cap full of apple cider vinegar. Feels much better. Moving without the pain like last night. Question, do I consult a doc or do I continue to eat veggies, take milk thistle and drink this Apple concoction.?

Hello and welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

By your history and description, possibility of musculoskeletal pain is more likely. Since your pain is improving, no need to consult doctor at present. Continue with same diet. Avoid heavyweight lifting and strenuous exercise. Avoid movements causing pain. Avoid sudden jerky movements of chest. Apply warm water pad on affected areas. Don't worry, you will be alright with all these.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
